Georgia is a great communicator, very efficient in her planning and follow-through and similarly, very professional in her regular updates. Georgia co-ordinated her superb, helpful “team”, from the floor leveller (Liam) to the lovely installers. It is also noteworthy, that the several minor queries we had were promptly dealt with without question or complaint notwithstanding others working on-site had caused the Contemporary Flooring team to down-tools for several days for no fault of theirs.

A massive thank you to Contemporary Flooring Solutions. Our house presented a complex mismatch of flooring issues. We had stairs that were never finished properly and had become permanently dirty, water ingress that required boards to be replaced and a back room with boards that had naturally deteriorated over 11 years. Finding experts that could manage this level of complexity was challenging, until we met Georgia and the Contemporary Flooring (CF) team. The CF team were thoughtful in how they would create a seamless, integrated finish to the floorboards throughout the house. The outcome has lived up to all our expectations. The project ran efficiently and finished on-time. Every team member was fabulous to work with and the outcome is simply beautiful. Mason, who helped us fine tune the colour of the floorboards is a total genius! The house looks brand new – we are absolutely thrilled!

We had our tiled floors removed and replaced with engineered wood floorboards by Contemporary Flooring Solutions. We found this company to be most professional in organising the job from A to Z, removal of the tiles and sanding the floor, levelling the floor, assembling the floorboards, caulking and removal of rubbish and cleaning the site and mopping the floor. Georgia a director of the company made us feel at ease from the start, visiting our home and inviting us to the factory where she displayed our chosen floorboards (Latte) on the factory floor. She directed the job and attended at our home on three occasions during the process. Their staff were punctual, very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We have no hesitation in recommending Georgia and Contemporary Flooring Solutions to our family and friends. A job well done.

Georgia and her team at Contemporary Flooring Solutions gave excellent service. Georigia knew her stuff and gave us good guidance when she came by to inspect prior to giving us her quote. They agreed an install date and stuck to it. Process went as she said it would. We had a herringbone pattern and the installer took the time to explain his thinking on layout. The three steps were a bit tricky due to building design and he patiently took me through the options before we agreed a way forward. Georgia kept in touch with me and her installer throughout the process and then followed up with me afterwards to check if there was anything still needing attention. I recommend Georgia and her team.
